Cardiac Diabetic Advanced Care is a hospital in West Virginia that focuses on cardiac and diabetic patients.
Because the hospital was based in West Virginia, it was requested that our team incorporate the landmark of the New River Gorge Bridge at the National Park along with their chosen colors of navy blue and pink. The sketches began with finding ways to incorporate the bridge and a design that signifies that the CDAC is a hospital, and the heart slowly came into play during the digital phase. Once the heart design started to come together, it moved in the direction of the final logo showing a bridge with the heart as the sun in the background and the shape all together to become a navigation pin. Giving a few more choices to our clients, they chose the logo they wanted and our team started to work on the pamphlet, menu, tray liner, and patient satisfaction survey. The deliverables are inspired by last year’s pamphlets for the Therapeutic team but also have their uniqueness by incorporating the lines of the bridge and layout. The feeling of the deliverables are to make the client feel comfortable and safe and to show that they are in good hands at the CDAC Hospital.
